TEACHER TRAINING WITH ROB ADLER

Application privacy.

Your application helps Rob Adler understand your preparation, teaching experience, goals and availability. Applying does not add you to a marketing list or authorize publication of your answers.

What we collect and why

The form asks for your name, email, time zone, confirmation that you will be at least 18, acting and teaching education, Spolin training, teaching context, goals, participation readiness, travel availability and, optionally, how you heard about the training. We use this information to review preparation and fit, discuss next steps and arrange the cohort.

Do not include student names or records, confidential incidents, diagnoses, trauma histories, payment details or other people’s private information. If you need to discuss access or participation, contact Rob Adler; you do not need to provide a diagnosis.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in Netlify Forms within Rob Adler’s account. Rob Adler and authorized administrative support can access them. Netlify processes submissions and technical information for hosting, delivery and spam prevention. The application form itself does not save your answers in your browser’s local storage.

Limited status and follow-up information may be recorded in Rob Adler’s private business records in Google Workspace. Application answers are not published or copied into general project summaries. We do not sell application information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Administrative tools may help organize applications and follow-up. Rob Adler makes admissions decisions; the form does not automatically score, rank, accept or reject applicants. Unnecessary sensitive information is restricted and removed or corrected, rather than copied into review summaries.

Retention

Applications that do not lead to enrollment are deleted within twelve months of the final decision or withdrawal. You may request earlier deletion using the contact route below. Enrollment and payment records are handled separately.

Corrections, withdrawal and deletion

Contact Rob Adler to correct information, withdraw an application or request deletion. Include the email used to apply and, if available, your application reference. We may ask you to confirm that the request concerns your own application before changing or removing it.

A deletion request will be reviewed and any information that must be retained for an existing obligation will be explained. Withdrawing an application does not place you on a mailing list.

After you submit

A successful submission displays a confirmation and application reference on the page. Rob Adler reviews your preparation, teaching context, goals and availability, and identifies any clarification or additional games training needed. Follow-up about your application uses the email you provided. Submission is not admission, a reserved seat, a schedule commitment or a payment request.

The confirmation appears on this page; no automatic confirmation email is sent. If the page cannot confirm submission, your answers remain on screen so you can seek help without starting over.
